My beautiful hometown was roaring with flames earlier tonight. I was sitting peacefully at the moment this was all happening, I heard loud bangs and first thing that came to mind was that maybe it was thunder due to the strong winds and rain we have been experiencing for the past few days. The noises got louder and the bangs were stronger then I knew something was wrong I went outside and that was when i could feel the ground rumbling and saw the sky on the far end in RED,and flames from a distance. As I turned the tv on that was when I saw the news that the army armory in Gongo la mboto was on fire and people living nearby are requested to evacuate from the are. I was shocked and the explosions got louder. 5 people have been reported dead so far and 43 casualties, its very sad and I ask everyone to pray for the ones who have lost their loved ones and pray for our country. We have a long way to go I dont think we need any kind of turmoil like the ones in Egypt.
Here are a few of twitpics of the explosions from various people
